Returns & Refunds

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, contact us at support@clevrgifts.com and we'll put it right.

30-day returns

You may return unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty, damaged, or was not what you ordered - in those cases we cover it.

Faulty or incorrect items

Email support@clevrgifts.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping, at your choice. No return required for misprints.

Refund timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us approving the return. Your bank may take a further 3-5 business days to show it.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they enter fulfilment - usually within 12 hours of ordering. After that we can no longer stop the shipment, but the 30-day return policy still applies.

Items we cannot accept back

Worn or washed garments, and items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
