Shipping

Where we ship from

Orders are printed and dispatched from our fulfilment partner's facility. Most items ship from overseas, which is reflected in the delivery estimates below. Please read these before ordering, especially for Christmas.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of payment. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.

Delivery estimates

  • United States: 8-15 business days after dispatch
  • Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: 10-20 business days after dispatch
  • Rest of world: 12-25 business days after dispatch

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections and peak-season volume can extend them, and December is the busiest shipping month of the year.

Christmas delivery cut-off

To receive your order before 25 December, place it by the dates below. Orders placed after these dates will still be shipped, but we cannot promise Christmas delivery and late arrival is not grounds for a refund.

  • United States: order by 30 November
  • Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand: order by 25 November
  • Rest of world: order by 20 November

Tracking

Tracking is emailed on dispatch. If tracking has not updated for 10 business days, email support@clevrgifts.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Customs and duties

Import duties and taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully. We cannot reroute a parcel once dispatched. If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we will refund the item price less shipping costs.
